Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after processing.

You are responsible for ensuring all details (including shipping address) are correct at checkout.

4. Shipping

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages once the order has been dispatched.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
